By interacting with the x402 protocol interface, you acknowledge that you are using a decentralized application on the Solana blockchain. You agree to be bound by these terms and any smart contract logic deployed on-chain.

Access to the protocol is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

02Commerce & Fulfillment

x402 acts as a bridge between cryptocurrency and traditional commerce. We facilitate the conversion and purchase process but do not manufacture, store, or ship items directly.

Fulfillment is handled by third-party logistics networks (e.g., Amazon). We are not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

03Cryptographic Assets

You are responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet access. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Ensure all payment details are correct before signing any transaction.

• Network fees (gas) are non-refundable.
• Exchange rates are locked at the moment of transaction initiation.
• We are not liable for losses due to user error or network congestion.

04Jurisdiction & Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding cryptocurrency usage and online commerce. The protocol may restrict access from certain jurisdictions to comply with international regulations.
